It's a patch that you can attach that will give everyone's character sprites (including Silk and Luna) specially drawn on cat ears. So I wouldn't recommend it if you want the rabbits to stay rabbits.

And thanks for the upload. Hopefully I can finish all the recent releases before April rolls in.

Now I can get some more sugar from Sakurako... By the way, the nekomimi patch can be turned on and off from the main menu after installation.
