研究内容
応用生物科学、応用分子細胞生物学、食品科学
様々な生命現象の中でも、特に機能的・形態的変化の大きな現象に興味があり、そこで働くタンパク質や複合糖質などの構造と機能、さらにそれらの発現制御機構の解析を通して、細胞や器官のレベルでの生体制御機構の理解を目指した研究を行っています。現在は、(1)乳腺(細胞)によるタンパク質、脂質、糖質などの合成と分泌に関する研究、(2)鳥類の卵細胞外マトリクスの形成機構と受精・初期発生における機能に関する研究、(3)消化管からのタンパク質や多糖抗原の取り込みと免疫系による認識と応答に関する研究、(4)乳に含まれる腸管ウイルス感染抑制タンパク質に関する研究、などが中心です。
