Reminders Showcase by Reminders Project
‘Asia and Inochi, visual storytelling’ on Saturday February 12th in Tokyo!!

Reminders Project focuses on introducing issues through photography produced by photographers from around the world. Through the photographs, the project aims to engage the audience members, as well as try to promote positive change, whether it is through action or in other forms of contribution.

By viewing photographs with photographers and photo editors who are involved in photojournalism, social documentary, visual story telling, or those who are publishing project on 'Asia' and 'Inochi (Lives and Mercy)', the showcase aims to share their projects and experiences.

We would like to create an 'opportunity of viewing', whereby the creators and viewers share and learn from each other, and critically examine photography not only as a vital part of reporting, but also as an important medium of expression.

The main goal for this showcase is to create a broad based international forum for sharing photography in a dynamic and beneficial way for all, rather than a one-way report from the field.

*There will be Japanese-English translation. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity.
