Digest Submissions:

  • All submissions must be made on-line from the website:

http://sci-review.com/ecce2011/upload.php

  • Email submissions will NOT be accepted.

Digest Specifications:

  • Digest Length: Maximum 5 pages
  • Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 (210mm X 297mm)
  • File format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
  • Digest shall include the Title and Abstract, but NO author name or affiliation
  • Abstract of up to 150 words
  • Digest of the proposed paper: The digest should contain a brief introduction that describes why the topic is important and how it relates to other work already found in the literature. The proposed approach and results should be presented in sufficient detail to permit a thorough and fair review. The body of the digest should end with a conclusion summarizing the key results and contribution of the proposed paper.
  • References: A list of key references should be prepared that includes key past works that are directly relevant to the new contribution. The references must be included within the 5 page limit.

Note: Deviations from the above digest specifications could result in rejection of the digest.

Additional Requirements:


If your digest is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following requirements:

  • IEEE policy requires that you send us assigned Copyright Form for each paper. Without this form, we cannot publish your article.
  • At least one author per paper must be registered and attend the conference to present their paper.
  • IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
