BALTIMORE -- Oh deer.Maryland Natural Resources Police officials were called just before 5 p.m. to the Patapsco River Bridge, which carries Route 648 near the Baltimore-Anne Arundel county lines. The cause? A wandering deer fell through icy water and got stuck.Natural Resources police, fire departments and good Samaritans helped break the ice in an effort to free the deer from the water safely.The animal meandered to the shore before fleeing into a wooded area.All day Thursday,
