Roethlisberger will still be available to play when the Steelers face the Bengals this Sunday.
The Steelers initially announced that Roethlisberger had suffered a bloody nose, but in addition to bleeding profusely, Roethlisberger's nose looked to be crooked when he came to the Steelers sideline.
After the game, Roethlisberger confirmed that his nose was broken, saying "a big arm got in and hit me and broke it." Big Ben entered the game already hurt, playing despite a broken foot.
Check out the video of Roethlisberger's nose injury below:

What a warrior. Kudos to Ben Roethlisberger. Amazing job. Terrell Suggs is a beast but a good defense isn't enough to win a a good old slug fest. I'm surprised because Baltimore has all the tools to be a good offense as well. I had them as the best team in the AFC, I guess I was wrong. Edan Aharony
#43 for the Steelers is probably the most impacutual defensive player in the NFL for his team on a game to game basis.
He quietly makes plays that most people dont' see on and off the ball and usually delivers the knockout punch they need when they need it.
Without the showboating of a Suggs/Lewis etc.
Class act.
Thanks Troy.
I was amazed to see the lack of penaties called in this game. If Harrison had made some of the defensive plays that Baltimore did, he would not be playing next week and would have to pay another hefty fine. Heath Miller's concussion should have elicited at least a penalty AND a fine.
Pittsburg is finely getting what they deserve, they are the Dirtiest team in the NFL. Hope Ben can't play Sunday.
hey TO is ben still soft lets see steelers 9 and 3 bengals 2 and 10 stop posing in the end zone
doesn't matter since either one won't make it trough New England at the Razor in the playoffs
New England is so overrated. I would like to see Tommy boy play with a broken nose and broken foot. Never happen!
wouldn't be too hard to play with a broken nose since you throw with your arm. as far as the broken foot goes, tape it and shoot it up........I think I remember New England owning Pittsburg just about every time they have played this decade
Like i said before, when teams cheat they lose sooner than later and the Ravens did; now let's see what happens to New England, won't be long...
Yes the Steelers got what they "had coming" a win!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Goodell, where in the hell is the penalties and fines for hits to the helmet on Ben, and the hit helmet to helmet on Miller. Give me a break, you need to go away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jane...you are so right! Saw a play recently were a D-Lineman was blocked past Brady and as he went by his fingertips, literally, brushed across the back of his helmet...head didn't even move. He got 15 yards. The announcers were blubbering on about ANY touch of the prettyboy's head should lead to execution. What a double standard this league has.
Oh, and CardMaster is a boob.
