Upgrading to RapidWeaver 5
For most existing RapidWeaver users, RapidWeaver is a paid upgrade. Your RapidWeaver 4.x (or earlier) serial number starting RW3SN or RWPL will not remove the demo limits in RapidWeaver 5. However, we do offer a grace period for users who recently purchased RapidWeaver to upgrade at no cost. The grace period is one calendar month before launch - so for RapidWeaver 5 you must have bought RapidWeaver on or after 1st November 2010.
If you purchased RapidWeaver before 1st November 2010
In order to use RapidWeaver 5 without the three-page-per-project demo limitation you'll need to purchase an upgrade from the Realmac Software Store. All existing customers are eligible for upgrade pricing ($39 to upgrade, instead of the full $79 price) - just make sure you choose the 'RapidWeaver 5 Upgrade' in the store. If you have any questions, please drop us an email here and we'll be happy to help!
If you purchased RapidWeaver on or after 1st November 2010
We'll give you a free upgrade to RapidWeaver 5. Simply email rapidweaverupgrades at realmacsoftware dot com, making sure you include details of your purchase (order number, email address and any other pertinent information). We'll verify that you're eligible for a free upgrade, and so long as you qualify, we'll send you a new licence within a couple of business days. To ensure your free upgrade is processed as quickly as possible, please make sure you forward your details to our special upgrades form.
