Oprah's Favorite Things is back! After taking a hiatus in 2009 -- producers nixed the special because 'it just wasn't feeling right' -- everyone's favorite over-the-top episode is back.

Winfrey gifts her audience with some of her favorite products from the past year. Previous Favorite Things included major appliances, cashmere sweaters and gourmet cupcakes.

The episode was often criticized for encouraging consumerism and mocked for the extreme reactions of audience members, many of whom dissolved into tears and frenzied fits of screaming.

Oprah's Favorite Things 2010 airs today and tomorrow. On Twitter, Oprah called the special, 'PHENOMENAL! It's a WOWSER!' and her website promises 'a twist that will curl your candy canes.'

Royal wedding hype has royal watchers clamoring for more details and snapping up souvenirs like commemorative plates, mugs and flatware.
