The House Ethics Committee prosecutor recommended Democratic Rep. Charles (Charlie) Rangel be censured after being found guilty of 11 ethics violations.

While short of the most serious punishment (expulsion), a censure 'requires the accused to stand in the well of the House chamber to receive a verbal rebuke,' according to Fox News.
80-year-old Rangel has represented Harlem since 1970 and admits to errors in judgment but said 'corruption and personal enrichment are certainly not part of my mistakes.'

Rangel was forced to step down as chairman of the Ways and Means Committee and found guilty on 11 of 12 counts. He walked out of the trial on Monday after his plea for a delay was denied.

Eva Longoria filed for divorce from Tony Parker yesterday amid infidelity rumors. Multiple sources claim the 'other woman' was Erin Barry, wife of Parker's San Antonio Spurs' teammate Brent Barry.

Brent Barry's father told TMZ that his son will be 'devastated' and that the couple were in the middle of a divorce.

People magazine reports Parker flirted with Erin Barry via text messages but didn't have a physical relationship with her. Longoria reportedly found hundreds of text messages between the two that dated back nearly a year.

The marriage was the first for Belgian-born Parker; Longoria was married to 'General Hospital' star Tyler Christopher from 2002 to 2004.
