With online, TV and print reporters in full pursuit of details surrounding Demi Lovato's breakdown and trip to rehab, former teen star Patty Duke would like to urge restraint: "Be quiet and let the girl figure it out. These are people, these young girls," she tells PopEater. "Some of them can build a shield against the negative media, but most of them can't -- and it hurts."

As for what Lovato and other troubled young personalities, including Lindsay Lohan, are going through now, "I relate to it completely. What I don't relate to is when help is offered and they don't take it. That's what makes me crazy," says Duke. "The part of me that understands psychology and psychiatry tells me, 'No, they're not at their bottom yet.' It may be my bottom, but not theirs."

It seems two weddings weren't enough for reality TV stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag. Entertainment Tonight reports the couple is currently planning another ceremony where they will renew their vows.

The pair told ET that it feels like they're getting married for the first time. "This is like our first marriage. I feel like our first one was an elopement and we had so many margaritas and it was such a crazy time. And then the second one wasn't our wedding. It was just a 'Hills' wedding and it was for all the people there and it was about everyone else," Montag revealed.

The reality starlet is excited about the vow renewal and giving her marriage another chance. "We had just gone through so much crazy stuff personally and through our jobs and everything, so for me this feels like our first real marriage. Like our first restart. We deserve a second chance at our marriage and really having this moment and not being robbed of this," she continues.

Camilla was much more guarded when talking about the man who is third-in-line for the British throne in her first American TV interview, but she didn't hold back AT ALL on other subjects.

Paramedics rushed to the Beverly Hills mansion of Zsa Zsa Gabor Friday morning, after the ailing actress's private physician found a "massive blog clot," TMZ.com reports. The actress was then transported to UCLA Medical Center where she is receiving treatment.

Gabor's husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, told TMZ that the actress had a "bad infection" in her right leg and "no blood flowing" in her left leg.

It was reported that Gabor complained about pain and swelling in her legs this morning and called in her private physician for a house call. When the doctor arrived he found what appeared to be a "massive blood clot" and called 911.

Gabor's trip to the hospital on Friday is her fourth visit in recent months. In late August, she was found unresponsive at home and rushed to the hospital. Earlier that same month, the 93-year-old underwent surgery to remove blood clots. After the surgery, a priest read Gabor her last rites--but she made a recovery and was released.

In the midst of what's being called a "challenging time," two of Kate and Jon Gosselin's children have been expelled, PEOPLE reports. Collin and Alexis, both 6, are being home schooled after being asked to leave a private school in Pennsylvania.

Though there've been reports of violence and bullying at the school, a source close to the situation claims the children were not behaving as badly as claimed.

"The situation is being grossly overstated," the source told PEOPLE. "The kids are going through a challenging time, but Kate doesn't feel this is something that should be discussed publicly. It is a private matter."

This isn't the first time one of the Gosselin kids was expelled-one of the sextuplet girls was previously suspended for hitting a classmate, the New York Post reports.

Kate has previously stated that her divorce from Jon has caused the children stress and that they've suffered some difficult moments. But overall, she said her kids (twins Cara and Mady and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Leah, Aaden, Collin and Joel) are handling the split ok.

Todd Phillips' 'Hangover 2' and the mysterious firing of Mel Gibson has generated its fair share of critical press, but up until this point, the director has been mostly mum on what exactly happened. In a round table discussion with The Hollywood Reporter, Phillips finally shed some light on why he even hired Gibson, saying that he empathized with the actor's struggle with alcohol.

"I have an incredible amount of empathy for people who struggle with addiction and have come through on the other side, and I felt the same way with my casting choice of Mel Gibson," Phillips said during the discussion.

Bret Michaels isn't letting rumors he broke up Miley Cyrus' parents -- Tish and Billy Ray -- get to him.

The Poison frontman stopped by the PopEater offices to chat and told us he has a new outlook on life.

"I have a newfound, I should say super newfound, love of life," he explains.

Michaels also discusses what he's been up to since suffering a brain aneurysm last April, his triumphant recovery and winning 'Celebrity Apprentice.'

He is currently touring with Poison, but is also keeping busy planning a 'Bret Michaels Rock of Love Cruise,' developing a new drink with ' Apprentice' boss Donald Trump and working with the American Diabetes Association (Michaels is a lifelong diabetic).
