'Wheel of Fortune' Contestant Solves Puzzle with One Letter
by Chris Harnick, posted Nov 8th 2010 1:15PM
On the Nov. 5 show, Burke spun the wheel and landed on $900. She guessed "L" and only filled in one letter of the phrase on the board. However, that didn't stop her from solving the puzzle.
Yes, with just one letter on the board, she solved the puzzle. The phrase? Appropriately, "I've got a good feeling about this."
Pat Sajak and the other contestants appeared visibly stunned by Burke's gamble.
Burke told NJ.com that she grew up in a super-competitive family, especially when it came to game shows. The young fashion editor aspired to be on 'Wheel of Fortune' for years, even putting it above her career goals in high school. "Someone would say, 'I want to be a vet,'" Burke said. "I said, 'I want to go on Wheel of Fortune.'"
Looks like years of practice really do pay off.

You don't own a house by Frank Lloyd Wright. The house owns you. A work of art, of course. A work of art that offers NO PERSONAL TOUCHES at all. No family pictures allowed, no collectibles, nothing of sentimental value... tables have almost NOTHING on them. When you come home with the mail where do you PUT it? In a drawer. Not allowed to have "clutter."check Age'gapsing'les.C'-o M ) The main idea of our online dat*ing site is to unite all Older men who are looking for younger girl and Older wo*men who are looking for younger boy together and we try that all of them can trust us. Our online dating club receives only loyal and decent older men who are looking for young girl and decent older women who are looking for young boy who really want to find friends and lovers among Americans

And all that got her was...$900. Not much of a game player, is she? The smart thing to do would have been to take a few more spins, make some more money, then solve.

It was a prize puzzle - she won a prize and the $900. If she continued, a) she could have gotten bankrupt and b) she wouldn't be in the news!
