Welcome to MANGA RENTAL DBA - online MANGAs delivered to you! By visiting the mangarental.net website and subscribing to our online MANGA rental service, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully:

If MANGA RENTAL DBA has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, MANGA RENTAL DBA has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the MANGA RENTAL DBA service.

Mail Delivery
MANGA RENTAL DBA uses the United States Postal Service to deliver MANGA to and receive MANGA from you. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 Return postage of rented MANGA is paid by MANGA RENTAL DBA if the total amount of manga renting is more than $25.

Renting MANGA
Rental requests are fulfilled Monday through Saturday. We will send you a confirmation email when you return a MANGA and when we send you another MANGA. You may not copy or alter any rented MANGA in any way. Please handle the MANGAs with care so as not to damage them.

Return Policy
We will accept returns of a Retail Product as set forth below as long as you contact us within 14 days of your order date and obtain a return authorization number, which must be included in your return shipment. This number will be provided to you by Customer Care when you complete your return request and allows us to tie you with your order. If your item is sent to us without this authorization number it cannot be processed.
We will accept returns of new, unopened items in the original shipping condition that you no longer want because you have changed your mind. We will refund the cost of the items, but not shipping and handling charges. If a promotional code was used for purchasing an item, you will be refunded the cost of the product less the promotional discount received. You will be required to pay the cost of returning the item and may also be charged a restocking fee of $1.90. We reserve the right to modify the restocking fee policy and amount at any time.
We will accept returns of opened items (other than MANGA, music or any other software or content, whether DVDs, CDs or otherwise, as may or may not be offered on MANGA RENTAL DBA Online) in the original shipping condition that you no longer want because you have changed your mind. We will refund the cost of the items, but not shipping and handling charges. If a promotional code was used for renting an item, you will be refunded the cost of the product less the promotional discount received. You will be required to pay the cost of returning the item and may also be charged a restocking fee of $1.90. We reserve the right to modify the restocking fee policy and amount at any time. We will not accept returns of any opened or used (including but not limited to any item rental as previously viewed) MANGA, music or any other software or content, whether DVDs, CDs or otherwise, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items as expressly provided below.

We will replace the item or refund the cost of the items as well as shipping and handling charges depending on what you request and the availability of the product you are returning. You will be required to pay the cost of returning the item, but we will refund to you an amount equal to the to the amount of the original shipping and handling charge for your original order, regardless of your actual cost in returning the item. For example, if you ordered an item that cost $20, paid $4 shipping and handling as part of your original order, and then returned the item to us because it was damaged, defective, or not the correct item, we will refund you $24 ($20 for the original cost plus shipping and handling and $4 for the return shipping).

All refunds are made to the Retail Payment Method used for the original order. Refunds typically take 72 hours to post to the Retail Payment Method.

Rental Content License
Upon payment of the initial License Fee, MANGA RENTAL DBA will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to view, use and privately display in your Residence (defined below) or for Permitted Non-Residential Use (defined below), the Rental Content rented by you, by way of 1 computer (or other device specifically authorized by MANGA RENTAL DBA) connected to the Service over the Internet, provided that you comply fully with these Streaming Terms and Conditions. You shall not be permitted to copy or move the Rental Content from its originally stored location on your hard drive only if you stored the item in your hard drive. The initial license to the Rental Content is limited in its term and duration to 30 days from its original date and time of stream or 24 hours from the start of its initial display and viewing, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise specified as being limited to a shorter term at the time of rented. In some cases, to the extent specified on the Site, you may be permitted to rental licenses for 1 or more additional 24-hour viewing periods for a particular item of Rental Content. If you rented an additional license for such Rental Content (to the extent such additional license is available), you will be granted an additional viewing period of 24-hours from the start of its display and viewing. You understand and agree that you will not be able to access and view such Rental Content upon expiration of the license term and that the MANGA RENTAL DBA link Software will automatically delete expired Rental Content from your hard drive without further notice to you. For purposes of these Streaming Terms and Conditions, the following definitions will apply: (i) "Residence" shall mean a private, residential dwelling unit or a private individual office unit, but excluding hotel rooms, motel rooms, hospital patient rooms, restaurants, bars, prisons, barracks, drilling rigs and all other structures, institutions or places of transient or work-related residence as well as places, areas, structures, rooms or offices which are common areas or open to the public or to occupiers of separate Residences or for which an admission fee is charged; (ii) "Permitted Non-Residential Use" shall mean the private viewing by 1 or more persons on a monitor (desktop, television monitor, laptop, hand-held device or otherwise) in a Non-Residential Venue (defined below); provided, however, that any such viewing for which an access fee or other admission charge (except a per viewing charge) is imposed (other than any fee related only to access such Non-Residential Venue for other general purposes) or any such viewing that is on a monitor provided by such Non-Residential Venue (or by a third party under any agreement or arrangement with such Non-Residential Venue) for display of programming in a common area shall not constitute a "Permitted Non-Residential Use;" and (iii) "Non-Residential Venue" shall mean any place, area, structure or room other than a Residence.

Persons Under the Age of 18
You must have Internet access, a valid email address, and a valid credit card or check card and agree to the MANGA RENTAL DBA link Software License Agreement in order to stream MANGA and/or other programming on this Site. All materials, including graphic files, audio files, video files, MANGA, text, hyperlinks, interlinks, search engines, and other content that MANGA RENTAL DBA and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries makes generally available (“Site Content”) or makes available only to registered users of this Site pursuant to a fee-based license pursuant to the "Premium Content" section below are intended only for those persons over the age of 18. (Site Content and Premium Content shall be collectively referred to as “Streaming Content”). As such, in order to register for the MANGA RENTAL DBA streaming service (the “Service”) and/or obtain any of the Premium Content available through the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older, or that you are between the ages of 13 and 18 and have received consent from your parent or guardian.

Subscription Fees
MANGA RENTAL DBA will charge your subscription fee to your credit card calculated on a monthly basis if the our subscription service start. Billing will commence at the beginning of your subscription and monthly thereafter until you cancel. .

If you want to use a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your credit card information on your paypal account.

Cancelling the Service
You may cancel your MANGA RENTAL DBA subscription at any time. To cancel your account with MANGA RENTAL DBA, press Cancel on the paypal account. Cancelling your account will stop additional MANGA being dispatched to you. The cancellation will take effect and billing will stop once all your currently rented MANGA have been returned.

Privacy
Any information submitted on the MANGA RENTAL DBA website is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide MANGA RENTAL DBA's copyright agent the written information specified below. Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying MANGA RENTAL DBA and its affiliates that your copyrighted material has been infringed.

* An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
* A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;
* A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
* Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;

Use of Information Submitted
By posting a review or submitting material to MANGA RENTAL DBA, you grant MANGA RENTAL DBA a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content, and to modify or improve the MANGA RENTAL DBA website.

TERMINATION
MANGA RENTAL DBA may at any time and at its sole discretion terminate your right to use this Site.

Pending Charges for Payment Cards.
If your Payment Method is a credit or charge card (the “Payment Card”), you also authorize MANGA RENTAL DBA to place a pending charge to your Payment Card when you sign up for membership, and prior to each subsequent periodic charge. Pending charges are used to verify your billing address and the validity of your Payment Card, are temporary (typically 3 to 7 days in length), and will not be converted into an actual charge to you. Pending charges, while pending, will, however, reduce the available amount of credit on your Payment Card in the amount of $1 per pending charge.
Fees Relating to your Payment Method.
You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your Payment Method by the issuer, bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, membership, overdraft, insufficient funds and over the credit limit fees.

Fraud, Abuse or Piracy
Fraudulent or abusive practices such as repeatedly falsely reporting MANGA as damaged or stolen may result not only in cancellation of your MANGA RENTAL DBA Online membership account and charges to your Payment Method, but also in actions by MANGA RENTAL DBA for recovery of civil damages as well as referral for criminal prosecution. MANGA provided by MANGA RENTAL DBA are for personal, non-commercial use only. MANGA RENTAL DBA does not condone unauthorized copying, distribution or other infringement of protected intellectual property of MANGA RENTAL DBA or of third parties.

Sales Tax Policy
MANGA RENTAL DBA will charge all applicable state and local taxes.

Linked Websites
Linked websites are not under the control of MANGA RENTAL DBA and we are not responsible for the conduct of companies linked to our website. Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained. Links to those websites should not be construed as any endorsement, approval, recommendation or preference by us of the owners or operators of the sites, or of any information, products or services referred to on those other sites unless specifically stated.

Cancellation or Changes to Program by MANGA RENTAL DBA
MANGA RENTAL DBA may make changes to the MANGA RENTAL DBA Online service, including, without limitation, any promotional offers and free trials or availability and amount of e-coupons or other in-store free rentals, at any time, and from time to time, without prior notice. In addition, MANGA RENTAL DBA may change the MANGA RENTAL DBA Online periodic membership fees and the number or composition of permitted rentals from time to time, provided, however, that MANGA RENTAL DBA will give prior notice via e-mail of any change to the periodic membership fees or price or the number or composition of permitted rentals that will adversely affect you. You agree that, unless you cancel your membership prior to the effective date of the change, you will be charged the new applicable MANGA RENTAL DBA Online periodic membership fee (plus applicable taxes) on each anniversary date after the effective date of such change, and you authorize MANGA RENTAL DBA to charge the new applicable periodic membership fee (plus applicable taxes) to your Payment Method. MANGA RENTAL DBA reserves the right to suspend or end the MANGA RENTAL DBA Online service (inclluding, without limitation, ceasing to offer 1 or all of the MANGA RENTAL DBA Online membership plans, MANGA RENTAL DBA Total Access, promotional offers or free trials) without prior notice, in MANGA RENTAL DBA's sole discretion. MANGA RENTAL DBA also reserves the right to suspend or end the MANGA RENTAL DBA Online service or certain aspects thereof such as MANGA RENTAL DBA Total Access in certain geographic areas without prior notice. You agree that membership in MANGA RENTAL DBA Online does not involve an extension of credit or a retail installment sale since MANGA RENTAL DBA does not impose a finance charge and you may cancel membership at any time. Void where prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Services Limited to United States.
The Service is available only to customers located in the United States of America. If you are outside of the United States of America, kindly refrain from using the Service. MANGA RENTAL DBA makes no representation that the Service and any content or products offered on the Service and their copyrights, trademarks, patents, and licensing arrangements, are appropriate or available for use in locations other than in the United States of America.
