The injury suffered by DeSean Jackson ConcussionDeSean Jackson this vicious collision with Dunta Robinson has been diagnosed as a concussion, head coach Andy Reid said in his postgame press conference.

Reid did not say when Jackson could be expected back on the field. The hit came during the second quarter of the Eagles 31-17 win against the Falcons.

Quarterback Kevin Kolb, who sat out after a concussion in Week 1, said Jackson should handle the situation with care.

"Take it seriously because it is serious," Kolb said. "I just felt so bad. I'm part of the play, and I never saw the guy.

"DeSean is a tough guy and he'll be out there as soon as he can."

Jackson missed a game last season after suffering a concussion against Washington.
