Following the recent suicides of Tyler Clementi, Seth Walsh, Asher Brown, Justin Aaberg and Billy Lucas, 'Ugly Betty' actor Michael Urie is reaching out to teens to let them know that the bullies troubling them now won't be around forever. "It gets better," he tells PopEater at Sony's first-ever Internet Television launch party in New York.

Urie, who is openly gay, is speaking out against the bullying of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered students across the nation. "On the other side of high school [and] getting bullied, is great stuff ... It isn't the end of the world because someone makes fun of you in high school."
