Waltz, 31, was arrested for possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana in Florida in 2000, notching her a first degree misdemeanor on her 21st birthday. RadarOnline reports Waltz still owes the court $146.51 on a $458 fine. She was on a $38-per-month payment plan but did not complete her payments. This resulted in a county suspension of Waltz's license this year.
Arquette, 39, admitted (or overshared?) on Tuesday that he slept with "the girl in the paper" -- referencing Waltz -- "once ... maybe twice." The actor said he and wife Courteney Cox hadn't had sex in months, adding,"[Courteney] knows she's not f***ing me, and she's like, 'Listen, I want you to be able to do whatever you have to do.' "
