Developing audit programs to guide test work
Evaluating and documenting the design of key controls

Conducting exit conferences with business area management
Prepare audit results and conduct exit meetings to obtain management concurrence and responses

Skills and Requirements

2 to 6 years of audit experience is required. Public accounting experience and/or internal auditing experience with exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley
Excellent written and verbal Japanese and English communication skills
Ability to work without frequent direct supervision and be comfortable as an individual contributor on certain assignments
Ability to handle confidential information and communicate clearly with individuals at a wide range of levels on sensitive matters
Excellent analytical skills

| Product Specialist |
Position Summary

Japanese Equity Product Specialist is imbedded in the investment team, executing investment communication on behalf of portfolio managers, supporting various marketing activities, and administrating all aspects of the Japanese equity products managed in Tokyo. He/she must have a good understanding of the investment concepts, processes and portfolios of Invesco’s Japanese equity products, supporting essentially non-alpha generating activities of portfolio managers. Product Specialist also needs to work closely with marketing teams in Tokyo and overseas to support various marketing activities for promoting the Japanese equity products managed in Tokyo. |

Supporting portfolio review meetings and consultant meetings
Providing investment related contents of RFP
Responding to investment related questions/inquires and

Marketing Support
Supporting marketing meetings, calls and seminars
Producing the contents of pitch books, marketing materials.
Generating investment/product related information including white papers
Offshore Marketing
Being a liaison person in Tokyo for offshore marketing and clients
Supporting regular and ad hoc meetings as well as conference calls
with overseas marketing staff, consultants, and clients
Administration
Maintaining data base for all the Japanese equity products,
offshore client files and records
Maintaining the infrastructure of offshore funds/accounts operations
Maintaining the Invesco Japanese equity portal website

Skills and Requirements
（資格・経験） |
Minimum of five years experience in the financial services industry, preferably in client service, product management, or marketing function (minimum of 3 years if engaged in these functions)
Experience in overseas marketing or client service
Good knowledge of securities markets, including Japanese equity and also preferably some exposures to investments and portfolio management
Business level proficiency in both spoken and written English
High level PC skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Data handling and general organizing skill |
