Hi there, unfortunately the video from my original post isn’t available due to another false DMCA claim. The stupidity behind the people responsible for these maters, just amazes me. I already heard about false DMCA’s on youtube… but had no clue it was this bad.

For those of you that don’t know what it is, DMCA stands for Digital Millennium Copyright Act. More info on that over at Wikipedia.

So this is what happens, anyone can just file a claim, saying the content is theirs, and Youtube blindly removes it if the uploader is of no importance to them. If you’re a high profile Youtube partner, then youtube will actually do some further checking to see if the claimant is actually legit.

My case was even stupider. As soon as I uploaded the video, I got notified the content belonged to GoMedia. What surprises me is that the video got taken down from a request by Ches & Kitty Productions.

Update: All of these videos are being falsely taken down. Several names right now:

- This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Claudia McKinney/Kyle Rankin/Cocksure Entertainment.
- This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Claudia McKinney/Kyle Rankin.
- This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Ches & Kitty Productions.

This is all a bunch of fucking bullshit! Some videos of just people talking about it got taken down as well… many of which youtube partners. Youtube, you need to get your act straight about all this fake DMCA bullshit. I’m sure you can afford to hire a team to actually verify the claims.

People make content for Youtube, in a certain way, we are actually doing them a favor and this is what they do to people.

All they fucking care about is revenue. The normal non youtube star is simply a puppet in their hands.

Now Youtube, are you that fucking stupid? You incompetent bunch of morons.
