You are prohibited to violate rights of the third-party. (第三者の権利を侵害する行為を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to damage to the third-party. (第三者に損害を与える行為を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to make trouble to the third-party. (第三者に迷惑を与える行為を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to put the third-party at a disadvantage. (第三者に不利益を与える行為を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to harm to minors. (未成年に悪影響を及ぼす全ての行為を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to post sexual expression. (性的な表見を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to offend to public order and morals. (公序良俗に反する全ての行為を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to discriminate. (差別的な行為を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to slander anyone. (中傷的な行為を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to solicit any other people. (勧誘行為を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to use this services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden. (本サービス及び他のサービスや設備に支障をきたす行為を禁止します。)
You are prohibited to use inappropriately. (その他不適切と思われる行為を禁止します。)
When you cause the dispute among third-parties, you have to solve in own cost and the responsibility. (本サービスの利用に基づき、ユーザー相互間又は第三者との間で紛争を生じた場合は、当該ユーザーが自己の費用と責任において解決するものとします。)
You have to comply with our requirement unconditionally. (ユーザは全ての要請に無条件で従うこととします。)
You have to manage your individual information appropriately in own responsibility. (ご自身の情報は、第三者に知られることのないよう、自己の責任において適切に管理してください。)
You have to manage third-parties comments to your contents. (ユーザーは第三者等による書き込み内容等についても、その管理責任を負うものとします。 )
You have to agree for the insertion of advertisements to your contents. (ユーザーは広告が掲載されることにつき異議なく同意するものとします。 )
If we judge that you violate this term, we will delete your contents without notification. (利用規約に反すると判断した場合には事前の通告無く当該コンテンツを削除します。)
EmotionFlow project might stop this service without notification in disaster, accident, maintenance and any other reason. (天災や事故、メンテナンス及びトラブル等により、本サービスを停止することがあります。)
EmotionFlow project assume no responsibility if all or part of contents data are disappeared. (ユーザーのコンテンツデータの一部または全部が消失した場合でも、一切の責任を負いません。)
EmotionFlow project doesn't guarantee the accuracy of the information resources and the contents. (情報源や内容の正確さについて一切保証しません。)
EmotionFlow project doesn't support for the use of this service at all. (本サービスの利用に関して、一切のサポートは行いません。)
EmotionFlow project has no obligation to take actions. (EmotionFlow projectは適当な措置の義務を負いません。)
EmotionFlow project assume no responsibility even if damage occurs by our no action. (EmotionFlow projectは措置をとらなかったことにより損害が発生しても、一切の責任を負いません。)
EmotionFlow project assume no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of this service. (本サービス提供に際し、ユーザーに何らかの損害を与えた場合であっても、その損害を賠償する責任を負いません。)
EmotionFlow project has no obligation to monitor if there are any injustice and illegality in this term. (違法・不当な記載がないか否かを監視する義務を負いません。)
EmotionFlow project has no obligation to delete inappropriate contents. (違法・不当な記載を削除する義務を負いません。 )
This service is based on the law of Japan. (本規約および本サービス関連する規約等の準拠法は、日本法とします。 )
EmotionFlow project may disclose the account information and more, if the court or the police or the administration of justice or the administrative body inquire. (裁判所、警察、その他の司法もしくは行政機関、またはこれらに準ずる者から法律に基づく照会があった場合は情報を第三者に開示することがあります。)
EmotionFlow project may disclose the account information and more for protecting the right and the profit. (権利または利益を保護するため必要な場合 は情報を第三者に開示することがあります。)
