Employees at one loves park company went out of their way this week to help one of their own.

One worker's two-year-old son is fighting an inoperable brain tumor and lost his hair so they all decided to show him it's cool to be bald.

For that reason, the employees at Zenith Cutter are our “Persons of the Week.”

It was a busy day for the clippers; shaving head after head after head, all for two-year-old James.

James went in for tubes in his ears recently and doctors found a brain tumor. He's now in chemotherapy and just lost his hair.

"I know that they're really struggling,” said zenith cutter employee, Dawn Saxby, “and I think he just feels in his heart that people here care, people in our community care in what happens to him and his family."

So what started as an idea between the guys in the shop, quickly spread across the company.

"We wanted to show some solidarity and show him that he's part of  the zenith family and back him a little bit,” said employee, Chris Linenfelser let him know he's not alone."

Workers also raised two-thousand dollars to help with James' treatment in Madison but more than that, it was the smile on James' face and the notion that it's cool to be bald that really proved this is more than just a work-place, it’s a family.

If you would like to donate to help with James' treatment, an account has been set up at:
