The more money the players make in all sports, the more they whine. I have given up on all sports, joined my local library, and am back to doing what I really enjoy,READING,and it is free.

Well the teams have to pay the $1million dollar a game salary to these "Star" players! What some of these players make in one game, most of us will NEVER see in our lifetime! Yet we contribute to the cause by still going! I am a fan, but as my family grows so does the expense of a great experiance! Id rather BBQ at home and save the hassle!

When I heard multi-million $$ per year pitchers telling me I should pay more so the not-so-big-names on the team could get a raise my first question to them was, "If it means that much to you, why don't YOU take a cut in pay?"
After all, "At some point in your lives, haven't you made enough?"

i've had season tickets for the jets for 33 years now. when i first started going, a season ticket cost $140. that was for 7 home games (it was a 14 game season back then).
now, it costs me almost that much for one game. my tickets are now $95 per game (and thats the cheapest ticket you can get), and parking is $25 per game. add the cost of tailgating.....and, yeah...its getting out of hand.
thankfully, i didn't have to pay the ridiculous PSL fee or i would not be going this year.
when we go to games, i tell my kids...."eat all you want out here in the lot, because once we get in all there is for you is a water fountain". i won't pay the crazy prices for food in the stadium.
and with things the way they are...this could very well be my last year as a season ticket holder.

I wouldn't watch an NFL game in person or on T.V. for that matter!!! The players just like in the NBA have ruined the sport along with the history of the game and Baseball's not that far behind!!!
