Dear GM Supermanox,
Again, finally, please explain how was the contract between Invictus and Aeria about Project Torque?
Is it Language license (US-EN) , or country ip , or unlimited area?
You and GM_1fastcrx admitted that Gamepot or Gamigo hold global license except north america.

The global rights have, and still belong to GamePot, who doesn't really care about the whole IP block issue. This was the first contract for this game, and the most broad. To my knowledge they are not asking for anyone to be blocked.

Hello everyone,
.......... At this particular moment in time we have not come to any type of an agreement on lifting the IP block. Gamigo does have the "rights" to enforce it very sadly. We would still like to fight for our existing players that we had before the block was put into place to be able to play once again.
. It pains me to say this again but at this particular juncture in time there is no agreement in sight to lift the block and we will continue to push for it to be lifted as we strongly disagree with it and will always be against IP blocking.
And you commneted as followws;

Aeria is meeting our contractual obligations...
if Aeria is meeting their contractual oblicgations and ip-block by invictus is violation of contract or unfair, why Aeria doesn't do lawsuit??? If Aeria had contract with Invictus unlimited territorial area, Aeria should have suit Invictius at the counrt. It is difficult to understand why Aeria doesn't lawsuit? It is odd that they insist ip-block lifting up although those two GM admitted Gamepot have global rights except North America?
It is time to disclosure.
