The second and last batch of zenPad reached our Hong Kong logistic partner warehouse and it's ready to go out.
Since we had problems with the 3G dongle, we are shipping out only those orders without that option included, but all devices will have GPS integrated and a car mount kit to use the zenPad as a car GPS with a map software.
Please be patient a couple of days while we arrange all operations. The tracking numbers will be mailed to our customers imminently.
We are sorry this is taking longer than expected but we are having difficulties getting all shipping addresses from our systems because of the migration we deployed earlier, from our own platform to magento ecommerce platform.
For those who ordered a 3G version, our website will be updated today or tomorrow with the new products, including a 5" inches MID with integrated 3G, we will offer a rebate to those who ordered the zenPad 1 with the 3G option if they decide to switch to the new model.
Regarding refunds : we already stated that Paypal is refusing to reactivate our accounts, thus we are unable to process any refund request.
The are two ways you can get your money back :
1) wait for 180 days until Paypal unlock the funds ( they told us so by email ) and then we provide refund manually.
2) call your credit card company and place a chargeback request ( paypal will charge us additional fees for reimbursing your money )
