Shipping & ReturnsWe endeavour to ensure that all orders received and processed before 3.00 p.m. will be shipped on the same business day for next day delivery where we have stock available. Where we do not have stock available, we will not charge your credit / debit card until the day of despatch unless the goods are a special order. If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated despatch date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email advising you that the goods have been despatched for next day delivery. We may contact you via email or phone for additional ID. Delivery You may track your order by logging onto your account. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone, but please check your online account first. Shipping rates are based on weight and delivery address.
