Kodansha recently had 30% of their manga denied by Apple for the following reasons:

1) Violence.
Anything with not only violence but blood (be it even a medical manga where a person is sick and spits up blood) was taken out. So let's apply this to other manga... Naruto? Gone... Bleach? Gone... ONE PIECE?! Yep... Gone.

2) Adult Situations
While this I can understand. Having a boob accidentally pop out or anything else that goes past a "safe point" (don't ask me what that is) is banned for being porn.
