I have purchased Kaspersky a few days ago (I rregret that meanwhile ) and today was surfing the net, but unfortunately couldn't open a couple of harmless pages (like www.pokern.com).

message was: "The following error was encountered: The requested object is forbidden".

what can I do?

im assuming you have the parental control module installed.
open up the interface,click on the parental control on the side.
on the right hand side of the interface is a stop button click it
does it now allow you access to the website ?

Search the forums it has been discussed on ocasion

What if it's happening and there are no parental controls in place?

Welcome. What is the exact error (message) and open Kaspersky gui and check Parental control settings>reload site.
