Description

菅野よう子と手嶌葵によるコラボレーションシングル「Because」が、本日4月7日にiTunes Store限定でリリースされた。
昨年はプロデュースワークのみならず、自選コレクションアルバム「スペース バイオチャージ」のリリースや、リーダーを務めるバンドYOKO KANNO SEATBELTSの“来地球記念”ライブ「超時空七夕ソニック」の開催など、個人名義の活動を多く行いファンを喜ばせた菅野よう子。今回iTunes Store限定で発売される新作「Because」では手嶌葵をボーカルに迎え、透明感のある美しいポップスを作り上げている。なお、シングルには別アレンジバージョン「a little because」もあわせて収録。
また本作では、やくしまるえつこ（相対性理論、TUTU HELVETICAほか）がジャケットのイラストを手がけている。今度は音楽での共演にも期待したいところだ。
