But to be honest: I'm Dutch, and even IF we can get anime on dvd, we have to pay 50 euro (almost 70 USD) on average for 10 eps. Try getting Bleach or Naruto fully on dvd, you'll be getting foodstamps sooner rather than later.. Besides: for a subbing group to increase the font is a small matter.. And sure, I can extract the subs and change the fontsize myself.. So while I think it's good that there are still people that buy series on dvd, I for one can't afford it. This is something people always seem to forget: not everyone can spend money as they like without suffering the consequences. In my case, I can afford a subscription to Crunchyroll, and I watch most anime on their website. However, if there's no license yet for my region, but I still want to watch the anime without it being dubbed into English (or even Dutch... -.-') I'm forced to download it. It's like having a girlfriend but you can't have sex with her until she's dead because she wants to die as a virgin.. |

I understand that "A+" is of the best quality for any one particular .torrent, and is "chosen by a panel of experts", however, although it just might be me being one lazy S.O.B., I personally think that an option in the torrent controls to choose where the upload comes from (the source) would of great ease-of-access to the users. And then to turn around and have a quick-search function to help differentiate this new found availability? -- I'm almost in awe at the idea. =o Really hope that `all` came across clean because my tired ass is going to sleep. In just my "things to edit"-type folder alone, I have roughly 1725 episodes [based on a "12 episodes per title average", no questions asked; so 12 * # of series = # of episodes * 20(minutes) / 60 = hours of play] to go through and hardsub, rename and what-have-you. That inaccurate count is about 575 hours of viewing time, without taking into consideration what I've already done. *wipes sweat from forehead.* I have work to do but I keep putting it off, can ya tell? lol |
