MyWay.com Home Page update problems
I have a Dell Latitude D620 running Windows XP Pro. I use FireFox as a web browser and MyWay.com as my E-mail provider.
Recently I fell for the "MSNBC Breaking News" scam - I know, shame on me!!.
After much effort, I have essentially everything working properly again except for the My Way Homepage. I use "Email and Community" tab to access my Email account, and it used to show how many unread messages were in my account. Now it shows a large number (~20 or so) of new messages and after reading all unread messages, the home page display doesn't reset to zero like it used to do.
Another item is that I have used "My Stocks" tab to show the performance of major averages. This info doesn't display on the home page now, but I can clidk on the tab and see the info on a new page.
I haven't been able to find the cause of this stuff. Although it is not a critical problem, it is still very annoying. Has anyone seen this, or have any ideas on how to correct it?
