いままでいろいろ書いてきましたが　一番重要なメール送信のやり方を
まとめてみました。

まず、メール送信の注意点
専用メールフォームなどありますが、基本的に匿名はやめましょう
メールアドレスもフリーでないものを　名前　住所など本当のことを記入
してください。
内容は　あくまで低姿勢がいいです。
返事が来やすいように質問形式もいいですね
英文の質問形式の雛形がないので　日本語ＯＫのところは
これを中心にやるといいですね。

There is one jewelry company in South Korea, named J. Estina.

They are NOT an offical sponsor. They haven't spent any money to become an officail sponsor so far. 
As you know, Miss. Yuna Kim is from South Korea and won the Gold medal of ladies' figure skating 
with an incredible high score in the Vancouver Olympics. Now, she is a real super star in her country. 
This jewrly company has had a contract with Miss. Yuna Kim for a couple years and also they have been using her 
as as icon of their jewerly. Nothing wrong IF they have kept the rules of the Olympics charter.

The problem is, they were using her pictures which she was skating in the Vancouver Olympics, and also using the word 
“the Vancouver Olympic”or “the olympic games” in their advertisements on the web DURING the Olympic games. 
IT IS OBVIOUSLY AGAINST THE OLYMPIC CHARTER.

If these things are acceped, who spend huge money to become an official sponsor? 
I am concerned about the future of the Plympics. I strongly believe that your company should make some action 
against such an unscrupulous behavior.
