Prosecutors ask for acquittal of man in murder retrial

Toshikazu Sugaya, who was jailed for 17 years until last June over the 1990 murder of a 4-year-old girl before a fresh DNA test proved his innocence, arrives at the Utsunomiya District Court in Utsunomiya on Feb. 12, 2010, to attend the sixth session of his retrial.
