Author's Readme/Notes:

This is another Costume Party skin (with permission from Zorbaner) that I made.

YES I REALISE VALVE DID 90% OF THIS SHIT OK?

Ok now that that is cleared up, just install to Steam/steamapps/yourname/teamfortress2/tf/models/player

If none of those folders exist, create them.

Don't bash this like "Valve made this you haven't done a thing." because that proves you can't read the description.

Pros: small
Cons: nothing new. anyone can do this sort of thing, it is not hard. Frankly its not good at all. It makes playing the game too confusing. and it doesn't make sense. the screenshots have a nasty black area as well.
Improvements: don't make another one
Notes: Make a tutorial if anything, so people can do it them selves instead of doing 20+ variations.

If you want to say something, dont go anon cos if you really mean what you say then you shouldnt be scared give your username.
What you are saying is basically trolling anyway.

That is not how modeling works.

Actually it is, I don't know what particular part you're calling off though. If you apply a skeleton or said animations of a skeleton onto a mesh that has bones of the same name, the mesh will apply itself onto the skeleton and stretch/morph itself if necessary. If you had the scout and you put him on heavy animations, his mesh would have to stretch to meet the heavy's larger figures.

Putting the characters on such animations can be done by swapping their animation models, so renaming pyro.ani.mdl to engineer.ani.mdl and vice versa would yield this exact skin.

Proof of this can be seen in that youtube video where the guy just renamed the anim files for fun and then recorded the distorted, humorous outcome.

So Jman are yo with me or against me here...

Nah I'm not trying to attack you, I just don't like seeing misinformation when it comes to modeling. Keep on doing what you're doing if you enjoy it.

If you're gonna criticize him, at least have the balls not to post it Anonymously.

Derp derp, lets rename some models and call them skins.

The fuck you talking about? This guy had to recompile the models and manually change the animations. Do you know how fucking hard that is? If you can't appreciate good, honest work like this, don't fucking post about it. You people make me sick.

10/10 because I can't find anything I really don't like.

Yes this is a derpderp rename models and call them skins.

Unless he decompiled the models and remade every single animation that was required (build anims for pyro, flex files for facial expressions for engi to pyro). This is obviously not the case however as the meshes are distorted trying to fit their reference bones to the animations of the other.

All he did was hex edit or just plain rename the pyro_animations.mdl to engi_animations.mdl. Or maybe he went the extra mile and decompiled them, then set their $includemodel for animations to the other class'.

People who cares if he renamed files? I certainly can't do that shit. So that makes this a file that is suitable on this website. People release skins/models/files because they know how to do that. Other people who don't, and want to download custom files, will come here to find something like this.

There's no point on saying 'Oh you just renamed a file' because If I obviously don't know how to rename a file to change a model, than I'll come here to learn.
