西本　智実 （指揮)

大阪に生まれる。
1994年　大阪音楽大学音楽学部作曲学科作曲専攻卒業。
1996年　ロシア国立サンクトペテルブルク音楽院に留学し、
Ｖ．フェドートフ、Ｉ．ムーシンに学ぶ。　

1998年　文化庁芸術インターンシップ奨学金研修生に選ばれる。
1998年　京都市交響楽団を指揮し日本デビュー。
1999年　「出光音楽賞」を受賞。
同年、ショスタコーヴィチ記念サンクトペテルブルクフィルハーモニアホールにてサンクトペテルブルク・フィル（旧レニングラードフィル）のメンバーによる室内管弦楽団を指揮した演奏会が絶賛を博す。

2000年　大阪市「咲くやこの花賞」受賞。
2002年　ABC音楽賞本賞、大阪２１世紀協会特別賞受賞。

2002年 キーロフ（マリィンスキー）劇場の提携公演による関西歌劇団公演にてチャイコフスキー『エウゲニ・オネーギン』を指揮して大成功に導いた。

2003年　ハバロフスク・ダーンヌイ・ヴァストーク交響楽団に客演。
サンクトペテルブルク放送交響楽団に客演。同交響楽団の日本公演を指揮した。
更に、チャイコフスキー記念財団ロシア交響楽団の来日公演を指揮し、
その的確な音楽性を認められ翌年同楽団の、芸術監督兼首席指揮者に就任した。

10月にはムソルグスキー記念　サンクトペテルブルク国立アカデミックオペラ・バレエ劇場（旧レニングラード国立歌劇場）にてヴェルディの「椿姫」を指揮。
その成果が認められ急遽シーズン内での指揮依頼を受け、「リゴレット」を指揮。
その成功により首席客演指揮者に就任。

2004年5月　チャイコフスキー記念財団・ロシア交響楽団　芸術監督・首席指揮者に就任（2004-2007）。
9月　ムソルグスキー記念　サンクトペテルブルク国立アカデミックオペラ・バレエ劇場（旧レニングラード国立歌劇場）首席客演指揮者に就任（2004-2006）。
オペラ指揮者としての地位を確立している。

2005年11月6日国立チャイコフスキーの家博物館ホール（クリン市）にて、
チャイコフスキー未完成交響曲「ジーズニ」第２楽章の初演を指揮。
その模様はロシアや日本においてもニュース、新聞などでとりあげられた。

2006年5月7日　クリン市チャイコフスキーの家博物館記念ホールにて、
チャイコフスキー未完成交響曲「ジーズニ」全楽章初演を指揮。
その後チャイコフスキー記念財団ロシア交響楽団を率いて、日本国内７ケ所（８公演）来日公演。

2006年8月「第52回スプリット夏の音楽祭」「第５７回ドゥブロヴニク夏の音楽祭」を指揮。
10月にはハンガリー国立歌劇場来日公演で「トスカ」を指揮。

2007 年 2 月、モスクワ交響楽団ロシアフィルを指揮。
4 月にはオーストリアのリンツ、ブルックナーハウスにおいてブルックナー管弦楽団定期演奏会を好演、大成功をおさめ、ヨーロッパでの活躍の第一歩となった。 9 月 16 日モナコに於いてのモンテカルロ・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団との公演では熱狂的な大成功を収め翌日の新聞では大きく取り上げられた。 10月プラハ国立歌劇場の来日公演で「椿姫」を指揮。聴衆に深い感動を与えた。
2008年4月、再びモスクワ交響楽団ロシアフィルを指揮し、好評を博す。
6月昨年に続きモナコにおいてモンテカルロ・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団を指揮し、その後、来日公演11ヶ所（11公演）を行い、大成功を収める。
10月20日、21日にはハンガリー国立歌劇場において、ブダペスト・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団のシーズン最初の定期公演を指揮し、
大反響を呼んだ。　

2010年9月よりロシア国立交響楽団首席客演指揮者に就任、また2011年4月より八王子新市民会館のエグゼクティブプロデューサーに就任する。

国内においては1998年デビュー以来、新日本フィル、東京交響楽団、東京シティ・フィル、東京都交響楽団、東京フィル、日本フィル、読売日本交響楽団、神奈川フィル、オーケストラ・アンサンブル金沢、大阪フィル、大阪センチュリー交響楽団、大阪シンフォニカー交響楽団、ザ・カレッジ・オペラハウス管弦楽団、関西フィル、札幌交響楽団、名古屋フィル、
広島交響楽団、九州交響楽団など国内の主要オーケストラを指揮し、好評のためチケットは完売になることが多い。

Tomomi Nishimoto (Cond.)
Born in Osaka , Japan in 1970, Tomomi Nishimoto graduated with a degree in music composition from Osaka College of Music in 1994. In 1995, she was admitted to Saint Petersburg National School of Music in Russia where she studied opera,symphony conducting under the tutelage of Viktor Fedotov and Ilya Moussin.

In 1997, she was awarded the Osaka Arts and Drama Prize for most promising new artist. In 1998, Ms. Nishimoto was awarded an internship by the Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs to study in its Arts Program. In 1998, she made her formal Japan debut, conducting the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra.

In 1999, Ms. Nishimoto was awarded by the Idemitsu Music Prize. In the same year, she directed the Saint Petersburg Philharmonic (former Leningrad Philharmonic) held in the Saint Petersburg Shostakovich Philharmonic Hall, which brought to a extremely successful conclusion.

In 2000, the City of Osaka awarded Ms. Nishimoto the Sakuya Konohana Award. Two years later in 2002, she was the recipient of the ABC Music Award and the Osaka Century 21 Special Award.

In 2002, Ms. Nishimoto also collaborated with Mariinsky Theatre and Kansai Opera to stage a production of Tchaikovsky's "Eugene Onegin" Her artistic direction and conducting skills once again drew accolades from the music world, making for an enormously successful production.

In 2003, Ms. Nishimoto was invited to conduct Khabarovsk Far Eastern Symphony Orchestra as well as Saint Petersburg Radio Symphony Orchestra. She subsequently conducted both Saint Petersburg Radio Symphony Orchestra and Tchaikovsky Foundation ?E Russian Symphony Orchestra during their Japan tours, receiving accolades for her musical interpretations. Because of her successful performances with Tchaikovsky Foundation ・E Russian Symphony Orchestra She was made its Artistic Director and Principal Conductor the following year in May of 2004.

In October 2003, she conducted Verdi's"La traviata" at the St. Petersburg Mussorgsky State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre (formerly the Leningrad National Opera Theatre). Her performances were such a success that she was invited back during the same concert season to conduct performances of Verdi's "Rigoletto". These performances were again met with such acclaim that she was subsequently appointed Principal Guest Conductor of St. Petersburg Mussorgsky State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre in May of 2005, cementing her reputation as an opera conductor.


On November 6, 2005 , Ms. Nishimoto conducted Tchaikovsky Foundation ・E Russian Symphony Orchestra in the world premiere of Tchaikovsky's unfinished symphony entitled"Life", at the Tchaikovsky State House Museum in the Russian town of Klin . The premiere was heralded in the Russian and Japanese Press.

Ms. Nishimoto brought Tchaikovsky Foundation ・E Russian Symphony Orchestra for a seven-city tour (8 performances) in Japan during the months of May and June 2006 for special performances of Tchaikovsky's Symphony Life.

In August 2006, Ms Nishimoto conducted “ The 52 nd Split Summer Music Festival ” and “ The 57 th Dubrovnik Summer Festival ” In October of the same year, Ms Nishimoto is scheduled to conduct G. Puccini ' s “ Tosca ” by Hungarian National opera ground visit to Japan performance.
In February 2007, she conducted Moscow Symphony Orchestra “Russian Philharmonic”.

And in April, she gave an excellent performance in a periodical concert of Bruckner Orchestra Linz at Brucknerhaus, achieving the great success in Europe.

Further she conducted Monte Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra in Monaco on September 16 2007 , which turned out to be extremely successful. This was reported as a big story in the next day's newspaper.  

She conducted “La traviata” played in Prague National Opera House for its Japan concert in October.
She succeeded with Moscow Symphony orchestra "Russian phlharmonic"in April 2008 again.
In June 2008, Ms. Nishimoto successfully conducted Monte Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra this year again. On October 20, 21, she conducted the Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra for the season's opening performance at the Hungarian State Opera House to a rapturous ovation.

Since her Japan debut with the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra in 1998, Ms. Nishimoto has conducted all the major Japanese orchestras such as the New Japan Philharmonic, Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo City Philharmonic, Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, Japan Philharmonic, Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra,

Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra, Century Orchestra Osaka, Osaka Symphoniker, Opera House Orchestra Osaka, Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra, Hiroshima Symphony Orchestra, Kyushu Symphony Orchestra, Sapporo Symphony Orchestra, and Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra. Ms. Nishimoto conducts annually in Japan alone, most of which tend to sellout early.

Ms. Nishimoto has become somewhat of a household face in Japan for her numerous commercial appearances. In 2002, she appeared in in six commercials for Miele Japan Corporation, IBM, and the Kansai Ad Council. In 2002, she made a commercial for Hitachi ; and in 2005-2007, one commercial for Hanshin Department Store. From 2007, she appeared in commercials for Daiwa Securities and Suzuki SX4.

Ms Nishimoto has been written up in numerous magazines and she was featured in Newsweek Japan as one of the 100 most respected Japanese worldwide.
She has been elected for a Young Global Leader 2007 by the World Economic Forum.
