Lets face it these women work in a service industry and they should be able to work in safety. What is the big deal about allowing them to work in brothels. It is just hypocritical to force them onto the streets where it is dirty and dangerous. Good luck to them.

not only are unions in our country getting harder to even get off the ground, but in places like Greece and the Netherlands, even prostitutes have unions.

i remember growing up in greece, in the 80's, my mother took my brother and I to a medical office building to get vaccinated. we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor, where my mother noticed allot of young, good looking women in the waiting room, with no children anywhere. A nurse approached my mother telling her she's on the wrong floor and that she was at the offices of the government sex workers testing clinic, where they obviously test prostitutes for "std"s. and that's how my mother, an american that moved to greece, found out that prostitution was legal there.
