Error message "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. " appears every time I try to use the button "Save to My Learning"

Hi,

Every time I try to use the button "Save to My Learning" (e.g. to add a learning plan) I get message "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later.".

Any ideas why that happens?

I receive this message just about every other time I click on a link
An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later.
