Now, if you are unfamiliar with these sorts of games, let me explain what they are:
Dating sims) are a video game subgenre of simulation games, usually Japanese, with romantic elements. The most common objective of dating sims is to date, usually choosing from among several characters, and to achieve a romantic relationship. In the West, the term dating sim is also used to classify what are known as visual novels in Japan. However, this is mixing genre and medium, as visual novels are considered a subgenre of adventure games and the term does not cover simulations. While the two genres often share a common visual presentation, dating sims are sometimes considered to be more statistically based than the "choose your own adventure" style of visual novels.
The technical definition of a dating simulation game, known as a romantic simulation game (恋愛シミュレーションゲーム, ren'ai shimyureeshon geemu?) in Japan, can involve several technical elements such as a time limit, several statistics such as looks and charm which can be boosted through exercise, or an "attraction meter" which can increase or decrease depending on one's decisions. However, the term "dating simulation" is commonly defined as simply a romantic game and need not include any of these elements. Dating sims can be simply presented as visual novels, known as romantic adventure games (恋愛ADV, ren'ai ADV?) in Japan.
Some dating sims have been imported to the United States by companies such as JAST USA and G-Collections, but most never leave Japan, at least not as official releases. Contrary to popular misconceptions, only a small percentage of dating sims start life as anime or manga titles. When a dating sim and anime exist, it is often the dating sim that inspired the anime counterpart.
Some American fans refer to dating sims as ren'ai games, from the Japanese ren'ai (romance).

I will provide download links via Badongo and Megaupload, mostly (since people have trouble with Rapidshare and Sendspace stuff doesn't last long). I'm also using these two because it's very easy to split .rar files in parts and upload them there (since a lot of these games are over 1 GB). Some files are on other sites, which are ones I've found from other sites, not uploaded by me.

Sources for Visual Novel Games/Where to find
If you want a particular game I don't have, don't fret! There are lots of ways of obtaining these kinds of games, if you know where to look.
I will list some of the best ways of obtaining these games, which will hopefully be of some help.
~Programs / P2P~
There are some good P2P programs that are very useful for finding these types of games.
First off, is one of the most well-known ways of obtaining games: Bittorrent.

The two most-recommended bittorrent clients are utorrent and azureus.
As for searching for these games, here are the best ways to search:
-Use the Japanese title (you get more hits that way)
-In google, type the name of the game (in Japanese for best results, use Wikipedia/Google for Japanese names and copy-paste) and then "torrent" right after it.
-Use Hongfire and Tokyotosho. They have lots of these games.
Now for the second method: Use a Japanese P2P Program.
There three specific programs out there that are good sources:
-Perfect Dark
This is the newest program, and is very active. I highly suggest this. Make sure you port-forward your router first!
-Share (EX2)
If you want to try another program, you may use Share (EX2). It's a bit dead and slightly harder to use, but
there IS an English translation for it (Perfect Dark does not have one yet).
-Winny (WinNY)
Lastly, this is an older P2P program, called Winny. It's a bit dead, but still usable.
