Compress the spring by drawing the sliding and solid cones together. Tighten the thumbscrew to lock the device in this position. |

Insert the tip of the glans into the recess of the solid cone. Push the glans in toward the body. |

Slide the free shaft skin up over the corona, past the solid cone and onto the ridging of the sliding cone. |

Push the rubber cone over and onto the skin which is covering the sliding cone and keep pressure on it for about 10-15 seconds to settle the skin into the ridging. |

Still keeping some pressure on the rubber cone and with your fingers and thumb positioned as shown, release the thumb-screw. |

Allow the spring to push your fingers slowly up the shaft until the skin is stretched and takes up the tension. The device is now attached. |

For security and comfort attach the leg-strap, as shown. Fitting is now complete. |
