Ordering Information
The fastest and easiest way to order is by using the PayPal shopping cart. However, if you would prefer to pay by check or money order, follow these instructions:

- Determine what mill will best suit your needs. Email us if you need any recommendations.
- Determine the total cost of your entire order.
- Use the table to the right to determine your shipping cost. (for continental US destinations only)
- Total up your order (Mill + shipping) and send payment via , check, or money order to the address below. Remember to specify what mill you want and your shipping address. All checks or money orders MUST be made out to Monster Brewing Hardware. This is VERY important. Your order can be delayed if the check or money order is wrong.

Malfunctioning Shopping Cart:
If you want to pay via PayPal and the shopping cart is not working properly, just:
- Add up your total order.
- Add in shipping, based on the table above.
- Go to www.paypal.com.
- Select "Send Money"
- Send your total order to: payments@monsterbrewinghardware.com
Don't forget to type out your order in the memo section of the PayPal transaction.
Domestic Shipping Costs:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are based on your total order, and calculated from the table above. If your order must be shipped anywhere outside of the continental US, please see International Orders below. Shipping rates via the PayPal shopping cart are only valid for single mill orders with or without a base and hopper, two MM-2 without a base or hopper, or one MM-2 + one MM-3 without a base or hopper.
Shipping Times:
As long as a product is in stock, it should ship within 72 hours, except for weekends and holidays, when there could be a slight delay. Please always check the front page of our website for stock information. If we are out of stock on any mills, or other products, we will post that information there immediately.
International Orders:
Our shopping cart software can compute international shipping charges correctly IF you read these instructions, and follow them closely. Therefore, if you would like to place an order please use the web page and our PayPal shopping cart. International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
If you order any one of our mills without a base or hopper, the shipping cost will be $45 to all international destinations served by USPS, except Canada, which is $30. You MUST select International Economy as your shipping preference when you check out using PayPal to be charged the correct shipping amount for an order without a base or hopper. If you are ordering more than one mill, please contact us via e-mail, and we'll provide an accurate shipping quote. Generally up to one MM-2 and one MM-3 mill can ship together, but any combination that weighs more will incure a $45 per mill shipping charge.
If you order any one of our 1.5" roller diameter mills with a base and/or a hopper, the shipping cost will be $57 to all international destinations served by USPS, except Canada, which is $37. You MUST select International Priority Air as your shipping preference when you check out using PayPal to be charged the correct shipping amount for an order with a base or hopper.
If you order any one of our 2" roller diameter mills with a base and/or a hopper the shipping cost will be $108 to all international destinations served by USPS, except Canada which is $68. You MUST select International Express Air as your shipping preference when you check out using PayPal to be charged the correct shipping amount for an order with a base and/or hopper.
Please note that any taxes or duties due to your country will be your responsibility. I have had varying reports of folks that are charged, and some not. There's no way we can tell you exactly what could or will be due to your particular government. In general european customers will owe VAT at a minimum, and most other countries owe little or nothing.
