It is great chance for everybody including Monks, to get 4 years-scholarship to study at University of Cambodia (UC). Samdech Techo Hun Sen-Dr Haruhisa Handa National Scholarship is the 3rd scholarship that provides by Dr. Haruhisa Handa, the chairman of the International Foundation for Arts and Culture of Japan.

The scholarship is for 500 students who just graduated from high School successfully in 2009 (the previous high school graduate students are not accepted). The asking-form for scholarship is available from now till September 13, 2009 and the test will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2009.
