This afternoon the official Japanese Pokémon website has been updated with information about the Pokémon World Championships 2010 .
Our surprise was seeing that in the Pokémon World Championship 2010 there will be a Shiny Eevee distribution that may not be received in Pokémon Diamond/Pearl and Platinum. So, in the World Championships 2010, you will only able to use versions HeartGold and SoulSilver .
Letters will only be distributed during the registration period, which starts in Japan this November.
As had been rumored for some time (and seen on posters Pokémon Sunday), some legendary Pokémon will be allowed in the Pokémon World Championships 2010 (you can only use two per team). These Pokémon are: Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Lugia, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia and Giratina (both ways). While Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys (all forms), Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin (both ways) and Arceus (all types), will remain banned from being used in the World Championships 2010.
