The only other new feature is that you can use a Bluetooth-enabled phone to connect a PSPgo to the Internet.

Google has shown the love of Juri, who seems to be making a name for herself out there, by making a theme available for Gmail, Capcom Unity reports.

Apple’s tablet to replace print media?

Could the Daily Bugle be going digital?

Could the Daily Bugle be going digital?

The oft-rumored Apple tablet appears to be Apple’s latest attempt at ruling a marketplace, Gizmodo is hearing. Much like how iTunes rules the roost with music, movie, and television downloads, and the App Store does well for video games, reports are coming in that Apple has approached major publishers about putting their content on a new device.

Companies such as Marvel Entertainment have repeatedly dabbled in digital comic books, such as their online subscription service, alongside motion comics available on the iPhone OS, starting with Spider-Woman. While other applications have been released to convert comic books to apps, such as Danger Girl and Heroes, and DC’s recent release of Watchmen: The Motion Comics, major comic companies are obviously at least interested in the concept of going digital.

Obviously, the Gizmodo article focuses on textbooks and newspapers, two formats that have experimented and pledged more attention to the burgeoning field of digital readers, the form factor that an Apple tablet would most likely take.

Earlier this year, Borders had a survey that featured a potential name for the device, asking those surveyed if they planned to buy the “Apple iPad”.

Later this year, Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles will be released for the Nintendo Wii, and is one of the few games to use the Wii Zapper.

The movie will be filmed in 3D and be released in the fall of 2010.

Terry Moore interviewed about “Echo”

September 29th, 2009 by Chad Bonin

screen capture 23 Terry Moore interviewed about EchoEcho is a movie that we’re following very closely. It’s consistently hit our wednesdayINreview feature, and we’ve reported on it’s movie adaptation in the past. Writer Terry Moore was recently interviewed by Master Digital Color about the project, and while he remains tight-lipped on the actual production, it does reveal his fears that it’ll be a Blockbuster rental and not just a straight out blockbuster. More intriguing is the suggestion that a Strangers In Paradise TV series would work. SiP recently ended it’s run, and is being collected in an omnibus.

Feature Review: “Monsters vs. Aliens” under the weight of star power

September 29th, 2009 by Jason Sohiel Asgari

Monsters vs Aliens

Editor’s Note: This movie is out on Blu-Ray and DVD today. This review was written during it’s theatrical run, and does not cover any of the special features. Yes, it’s been sitting around for this long. Our bad.

Dreamworks brings us another CGI animated movie for 2009. While most of these movies are enjoyable, my main qualms about them are they concentrate more on getting big name stars than the actual animation and plot. Some of their work, like the Shrek movies, was successful, and I will admit that I enjoyed both Madagascar and Madagascar 2: Escape 2 Africa. Monsters vs. Aliens is basically like all the other Dreamworks movies; we have stars that can voice act, and we have some that just play themselves.
