Yeah, I've read the article about it at Manga Helpers and Arlong Park Forums and it's really quite sad... Shin-chan aired quite some time ago in my place, not really a fan of the series but still it was worth the watch especially if you're bored... R.I.P. Yoshito Usui, and thank you for creating an iconic lovable character...

There's no doubt that Yoshito Usui produced one of the best manga. Shin Chan is the best cure for sadness for me. RIP....

this is so shocking and really sad for me. I read Shinchan since I'm in elementary school and it never cease to make me laugh and always lighten up my day. it is a truly great loss for the manga world. Sayonara Yoshito-sensei!!!! thank you for bringing many smiles and laughs to people around the world!!

I hate Shin-chan so much that I won't say my thoughts out loud as this is one of the few cases were I don't want to be offensive.

Oh no... now we can't see the ending of Shin chan. First Doraemon and now this. All my favorite mangakas keep dying out on me before they finish their series. Maybe I should start to watch Naruto...
