The remains of manga-ka Yoshito Usui, creator of Shin-chan, may have been discovered today, almost a week after he was reported missing on September 12 by his family.
It is reported that Usui told his family he was going hiking in the Gunma prefecture the day before he was announced "missing. On Saturday morning, another hiker called the police and told them there were "remains below a rocky ledge."
The remains have not been officially identified as Usui's, but the clothes on the body are very similar to the ones he was wearing when he left to go hiking on the 11th.
