Hmm...now this is interesting. This is much better than the last one i saw. You've greatly improved, however like I've said a million times to other novelist Mangakas, we would like to see some tones, highlights and shadows on the characters clothing. That's it.

That pose is a bit too ordinary for Advanced lighting so it's really not neccesary. But the Coloring WOO! I likes the vibrantness man. What's you color those with? Copics? Crayola? >.> Cuz I'm diggin it.

I think the absence of a naval is a bit strange and the torso looks a little long but. This is very well done.

Man, you make me wanna toss out all my markers and buy copics XD

For that pic, I would probably suggest just adding some more clothing folds , for that little bit of green cloth on the pants in particular, so it doesn't look like it's flat ^^ Unfortunately I can't access DeviantArt at the moment to link you to some tutorials for that >_<
