Creator of Shin-Chan is dead
RIP to Yoshito Usui...
Long story short, he was hiking by himself and then went missing. On September 19, a man discovered a dead body and on September 20, the police have
confirmed it was Yoshito Usui.
Man...I grew up watching Crayon Shin-Chan!

Yoshito Usui (臼井儀人, Usui Yoshito?, April 21, 1958 – September 11, 2009), born in the Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, was a manga artist known
for being the author of the popular manga Crayon Shin-chan.
On September 12, 2009, Usui's family reported him missing from his hometown of Kasukabe when Usui did not return from hiking in nearby Gunma
Prefecture. Saitama Prefecture Police began searching for him at the family's request on September 15 and expanded their search to nearby
prefectures.
On September 19, 2009, a body with clothes matching those described in the report filed by Usui's family was found at the bottom of a cliff in the
Mount Arafune of the Gunma Prefecture. The body was identified by dental records and family members the next day as being that of Usui

I remember having the whole box set of manga when I was a kid, still treasure them alot.

you can watch the English dubbed versions on the official site, and of course 18+ only

Oh man good times. I grew up on those things and man was shin chan a good role model. Too bad now RIP good sir.

well he sure made a legacy. Shin Chan is enjoyed by people all around the world. And its been dubbed into many languages and surprisingly its still
funny even in another language.
