Shin-chan Creator Missing!

It has been since last Friday that anyone has seen the 51-year-old mangaka of Crayon Shin-chan, Yoshito Usui. He did not contact anyone before he disappeared, or have given the slightest hint of where he could have disappeared too. The police of his hometown of Kasukabe begun a search for him on Saturday, and have asked other prefectures to help search as well.

Usui’s publisher told the press "He has not been in contact [with us], so we are very worried." I’m worried too! A man in his 50’s doesn’t usually just disappear without letting anyone know, unless he just wants to get away from it all. I wish the police and his family the best of luck finding him.

a man's body that appears to be the Shinchan creator was found below the cliff where he was supposed to be hiking.
the body will be recovered and ID'd on Sep. 20 Japan time.

It is very sad that Mr. Usui found dead. TV Asahi, a Japanese TV station announced that they wish to continue the show.
