From the report, it was revealed that the author of Crayon Shin-chan took a picture peeking in the cliff from the top of the cliff.
It was the last picture in the digital camera.
So probably he fell down after taking the picture.
The top of the mountain Arafune(=Wild ship) is dangerous if you go to the close of the cliff, though the road itself is not so difficult to climb.
