各CPU単体の値段は、AKIBA PC Hotline!のCPU最安値情報(ページの下の方)を参考にしてください。

この表では、NorthwoodコアのPentium4 3GHz(青色に反転している部分)のクロック1MHz当たりの効率を1とした場合に、各CPUの効率を計算した上で、各CPUがNorthwoodコアのPentium4では何MHzに相当するかという、大まかな換算値を算出してあります。上に行くほど高性能ですが、CPUの性能だけでパソコン全体の性能が決まるわけではないのでご注意を。

モバイルCPUは同じモデルナンバーのデスクトップCPUと比較して、性能は一致しないようです。FSBやHT、クロック、キャッシュサイズを調べた上で、同じ仕様のCPUを探してみてください。

計算方法
CPUの動作クロックにそのコア・ベースクロック・キャッシュの係数をかける。

Intel P6系
キャッシュ2倍で係数0.15増、ベースクロック33MHz増加で係数0.05増、デュアルコア化で係数1.165倍、クアッドコア化でさらに係数1.19倍。Banias以降は+0.35、Conroe以降はさらに+0.25してあります。

Intel NetBurst系
キャッシュ2倍で係数0.075増、ベースクロック66MHz増加で係数0.033増、デュアルコア化で係数1.4倍。Prescottは-0.1してあります。

AMD K7系
キャッシュ2倍で係数0.1増、ベースクロック33MHz増加で係数0.05増。

AMD K8, K10系
キャッシュ2倍で係数0.01増、HyperTransport +200MHzで係数0.02増、デュアルチャネルメモリ化で係数0.04増、デュアルコア化で係数1.2倍、トリプルコア化で係数1.296倍、クアッドコア化で係数1.55倍。
