F-Lucid is Fluorinated Coating Resin with Low Refractive Index for Photovoltaic module.Low refractive index layer on the glass reduces the reflection ratio, which can convert the reflection light into the refraction light. By increasing light on Photovoltaic cells, it helps to improve Photovoltaic efficiency. Own fluorination technology has developed these unique fluoride UV curable resin.

Features

Coatability

Rheology of extremely low viscosity of 2mPaEsec(MD-0920) is easily used for making a thin film. NPS type is a diluent but is available for spin coating.

Low Refractive Index

Refractive index is 1.43(MD-0920) .

High-Light Transmittance

In UVA (320~400nm) area, the layer has a higher light-transmittance than PMMA.

Hard Coat

It is possible to make a hard coat which has pencil hardness of 5H(MD-0920) and 9H(NPS-0955-02).

Hydrophobicity

Fluorine resin has high hydrophobicity because it has low surface tension.
