Why Should I Update my Device Drivers?
Your computer is made up of many parts referred to as 'devices', from several different companies. Periodically these companies will release new drivers to enhance performance and to fix bugs. By keeping your device drivers updated you can be sure you are getting the most out of your computer system and that it is running at peak performance.

ToolBox is a set of tools for doing synchronization, comparisons and replacement of data in files. It consists of the three tools File Synchronize, File Compare and File Replace, all contained in one single application.

File Synchronize does a simple one-way synchronization between sets of folders. These are arranged in groups for easy selection in different situations. The synchronization process is divided in two parts. The first part will search through the selected folders, listing all local and remote files, and then analyze these lists to determine which files/folders needs to be copied and which needs be erase to make the target folders match the source.

Synchronization can be done in both direction easily be changing between Recieve and Send. Send will make the remote folders match the local folders, receive will do the upper-site.

The second tool in the box is File Compare, originally build for verifying that CD's where burned correctly, back in the early days of CD burning. Given a source and target folder, it starts by recursivly listing all files in the source folder. Then it goes through this list, looking for the corresponding files in the target folder and, if found, compares them.

The compare can be done either on the file details alone (size, date, etc.) or as a binary comparison on all data in the files. Optionally the program can be set up to take an action after each comparison, removing source or target files/folder that have be compare successfully.

The third and currently last tool is File Replace. It is a very simple tool for doing search and replace of text in multiple files. Given a search string, a folder and file mask, it first searches recursively through all the files matching the file mask, opens them and locates any occurrences of the search string. The result of this search is listed, after which the files can be processed and have the search string replaced.

MusicCubeOne is an attempt to do a simple yet neat looking mediaplayer for the Windows operating system. Though simple it holds the most required functions for handling and playing music in an easy manner.

The playlist gives a good and intuitive overview of the loaded files with information on title, album, artist and playing length when available. Rearranging is easily done be dragging the items using the mouse.

Files can be added using a file browser dialog designed to show extended information from the listed music files. This is similar to the information shown later on in the playlist. Adding files can alternately be done using drag'n'drop from the Windows Explorer or folders.

Build around the BASS Audio Library, MusicCubeOne plays the most common file formats currently available, including MP3, Ogg Vorbis, Windows Media Audio and MIDI through soft-synthesis using SF2 format soundfonts. Also supported through plugins for the BASS Sound System is Free Lossless Audio Codec, OptimFROG, Monkey's Audio and more. Please note that playback of Windows Media Audio requires that the Window Media Format modules are installed.

Kloon! is a nice game for 1 or more players. There's a field with many cells and every player starts with one animal in a cell. He can walk with his animal or clone it. If he clones him, he must put the clone on a cell next to the "parent" animal. If he walks with an animal, he must walk two cells away. As well for cloning as for walking, there's the rule from the 'messing DNA'. That means that any animal from the opponent touching your animal will become yours. The object of the game is to have the most animals when the field is full.

This sounds difficult, but believe me: it's really funny! I just can't complain it very good, but after a few times playing, you'll have lots of fun! And you can also play against computer opponents, or against one other human and two computer opponents!

The game is based on the game Bacteria Invasion by Shane's Studio. That game is based on a game from The 7th Guest. I saw Bacteria Invasion and I found that the idea was funny, but that was all. No sounds, no computer opponents, no extra options, no 4 players, the size of the field couldn't be edited... And then I decided to make my own game. I say "based on" and not "my version of", because Kloon! is very different from Bacteria Invasion. It's just another game.

Audioblast is a program to edit sounds (WAV or MP3). It has all the basic edit functions, but also some special functions that you won't find in other sound editors.

PDF Wiz is a Windows utility that allows you to easily extract bitmap images from inside PDF documents and store them as individual image files (jpg, gif, bmp, tif, png & tga). You can choose to extract all pictures in a single click, or limit to specific pdf pages and/or image sizes. Photos can also be rotated or flipped if needed.

Want to change the color of the maps of TomTom Navigator (v2, v3, v5 or Go )? Well, now you can. It is possible to edit the .clr files, because it is just a text file with RGB codes. But that would be a hell of job. So this is why we made a tool to make it very easy to change the color you want.

It was already possible to download other color style maps, but no tool to do it yourself.
Well some maps were an improvement, but still not what I really wanted. For example, I like the road to be like TomTom does (yellow with red), but I want my route to be blue.

Mathematics is one of the most important subjects taught in school. It is therefore especially unfortunate that some students lack elementary mathematical skills even after completing many years of study. An inadequate grasp of simple every-day mathematics can negatively affect a person's life.

NCHcart is a program that lets you easily select, cue and play audio on a Windows computer with a sound card. The software is designed for Radio Station broadcast studio use but can also be used for stage presentations, ground announcements or venue announcements.

The concept and name for NCHcart comes from the traditional "carts" (cartridges) used in radio stations. NCHcart plays digital audio files located anywhere on the network. By using non-proprietory wav file formats, NCHcart can play files recorded, edited or created by most of the broad range of audio software available today. In a network system, the audio files can be played directly over the network without needing audio cabling between the recording computer and NCHcart.

The AMS audio masking system uses a Windows PC to create pink noise tones to assist to 'mask' confidential sensitive background conversations.
