History
July,1928
Founded by shinichi Osaki (grandfather of present chairman) to produce kamabokos on 1749, Kusatsu-minami-cho, Hiroshima-city
Sept., 1935
Katsuichi Osaki (father of present chairman) took over the enterprise.
March, 1943
Combined all Kamaboko dealers in Hiroshima according to the Commodity Integration Instructions, and integrated in Kusatsu Kamaboko Enterprise Association.
Feb., 1946
Returned to private management due to the dissolution of association.
May, 1947
Moved plant to 9-17, 1-chome, Kusatsu-minami.
April, 1950
Discontinued to produce traditional flat kamaboko.
Started producing special delicacies, mainly producing "Matsutake" kamaboko.
April, 1964
Changed into incorporated company. Capital: 3 millions.
